History of Cole, Cole, Anderson and Newman, P.S.C.
The firm was founded by the late Charles G. Cole (1918-2001) in 1952. Earl L. Cole, Sr. (1914-1996) joined the firm in 1956.
John E. Anderson joined the firm in 1974 and the firm became known as Cole, Cole and Anderson.
John and the Cole brothers led the firm in representing injured workers and their families in Kentucky and Tennessee.
In Memoriam
Charles G. Cole (Deceased, 1918-2001) Attorney Charles G. Cole was the founder of the firm. Charles was licensed to practice law in Kentucky and admitted before the U.S. District Court Western District of Kentucky. He earned his law degree from the University of Louisville in 1940.
Earl L. Cole, Sr. (Deceased, 1914-1996) Attorney Earl L. Cole joined the the firm in 1956. Earl was licensed to practice law in Kentucky and admitted before the U.S. Supreme Court. He earned his law degree from the University of Kentucky in 1937.
Dennis Nagle (Deceased, 1957-2008) Attorney Dennis Nagle worked for many years with the firm. Dennis was licensed to practice law in Kentucky and admitted before the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Kentucky. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky in 1983.
Today the firm continues to build on its excellent reputation as a regional leader in securing benefits for injured workers and their families. The firm has been representing injured workers in the mountains of southeastern Kentucky and northeast Tennessee since 1952.
